 rms\, including next-generation sequencing and transcriptomics. To effecti
 vely analyze and interpret this data\, researchers need to be equipped wit
 h specialized bioinformatics skills and a deep understanding of cancer gen
 omics.  Through lectures and hands-on labs\, this 5-day CBW course will pr
 ovide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental p
 rinciples of genomic cancer analysis. Each lecture-lab module is designed 
 as a distinct unit and all materials will be available open-access after t
 he workshop concludes.
